- remove rear seat lower (pulls up).
- undo seat belt bolts
- remove upper seat back.
- remove rear tray (unclip wires for lights etc first)
- remove sub and replace
- cut rear tray out from below with cutting wheels of death
- remove tray segment
- replace sub
- weld back in place
- put fire out.
- claim on insurance (moron cover ? :P)
