Default 2003 lexus es 300

trying to find the easiest possible way to replace the rear sub 8 inch speaker in the back of my car

  1. remove rear seat lower (pulls up).
  2. undo seat belt bolts
  3. remove upper seat back.
  4. remove rear tray (unclip wires for lights etc first)
  5. remove sub and replace
OR
  1. cut rear tray out from below with cutting wheels of death
  2. remove tray segment
  3. replace sub
  4. weld back in place
  5. put fire out.
  6. claim on insurance (moron cover ? :P)
