Oil light stays on in dash lights

Oil light stays on in dash lights
ES 300
...That's it...that's the problem....Oil light comes on as soon as car starts...oil level is full, clean and no reason for light to come on. Could it be a faulty sensor or a separate fuse? If so, is it hard to fix and could I do it myself?
