Default ES330 transmission

Anyone have any updates or fixes for the low speed shifting problems on my '05 ES330. Starting and stopping in traffic, jerking, etc. 1-3 sec pause before acceleration. Were there any recalls for this problem?

Apparently it's a common thing, from what I've read most either live with it or move onto another vehicle.

Yup that's normal. If you get a chance try driving the previous gen ES. You'll be amazed at the responsiveness of the engine and how nicely the trans behaves. Also the interior is nicer, but that's just my opinion .

It's the U-series transmissions...they have a lot of problems which weren't largely eliminated until 2010 or so.
