I'm on my 3rd transmission since September 2015 and so far all three transmission shifts continue to slip. I highly doubt it's the transmission anymore any chance it can be a bad ecu? By the way it's a 95 Lexus es300

Is the torque converter being replaced at the same time?
Are the cooler and lines being flushed each time?
Is the proper fluid being used?
These would be three more likely causes.
