I scuffed the bumper on our '90 ES250 and can't find the touch-up paint thru the dealer. They don't carry it anymore. The car is white with a grayish lower section like most were. It's the gray paint match I need. It has a hint of brown in it too. Anyone know of a different car mfg. color that's a close match?

According to paintscratch.com, the 1990 ES250 with 051 Diamond White paint was paired with K9310 Light Gray Metallic cladding.
Considering the age of the paint and subsequent phasing out to UCA46/1B2 cladding paint for that color, you might not get the best match.
Better than nothing, though.
Good luck!

You can go to a local auto/commercial paint supply shop and have it custom blended. I found the formula for our ES came out very different than the actual factory paint when I bought a can. The shop then used an optical device (specialized camera) to look at the paint directly. It said it was a Mitsubishi color. They mixed that up and it matched well. $21 for a pint can of aerosol, pretty fair IMO.
I also have had good success with this on other vehicles:

be sure to read how to prep bumpers, it is different and you likely need adhesion promoter, too.
