Any factory (Toyota or Lexus) 17" wheels look good?
Current tires have 10 to 15k left. Despite a rebuilt suspension and playing with air pressure, I don't like the feel and float of the factory 215/60-16s. It's not a sports car, but it's too mushy overall.
I am thinking I could find some take-off 17x7s and put on 225/50-17s. I've historically found 50s to be a really good handling/ride compromise.
Does anyone have ideas or know of years Toyota/Lexus had some nice wheels in that dimension or compatible I could look for used? Another motivation is I really hate the spokes on the 2002-2004 ES300/330. I do like the 2005/2006 wheels, but I think they are also 16"? I'd like a factory/near factory look in a 17" wheel. Given the universe of Toyota/Lexus wheels in the last decade or more, I would think I can find a wheel that works and can just pop my existing Lexus center covers into regardless of its T or L to begin with.
