96 ES300 Rear Rotor/Hub PROBLEM
Got this car used. Working to change the rear rotors which support drum brakes for the e-brake and supports disc brakes for the primary brakes. Problem is that someone, at some point, put the rotor on wrong such that the drum brake star wheel adjustment is not accessible. This is because the access hole in the rotor is not aligned with the access hole in the hub... so, I can't back off the drum brakes and the hub is worn enough that I can not remove the rotor.
I'd appreciate any help I can get.
Thanks!

2 Bolt Holes
Yes, there are two bolt holes and I was using them both - unfortunately 1 of them stripped. There was such a rim built up since 1996 on the inside drum which caught on the brake shoes that the rotor would not come off. However, I was able to get the rotor out far enough that I could see where the adjustment hole should have been lined up on the hub...
In somewhat desperation, as I didn't expect it to work, I drilled a hole in the old rotor where the adjustment hole should have been. This allowed me to adjust the brake shoes in such that the rotor would slip right off! I have it back together at this point.
I appreciate the input.
