I just noticed that my right front fog light has a dime-sized hole and is surrounded by cracks. I'm going to tape the hole with clear packing tape temporaraly, the damage is not even noticable, but this gives me an excuse to do something--->

I want to swap in the previous 92-94 generation of yellow fogs. I remember Amrit and Millatyme traded lights and grilles so I would assume this is possible.

What would have to be done? Can someone walk me through the process? Would the fogs have to be rewired?

In the meantime....gotta find find some 92-94 fogs and grilles....

I got a 92-94 grill off of ebay. I am going to mod my 95 grill because it is plastic and the other is some type of metal. The 92-94 is a temp grill until I mod the 95 one. Main point-go to ebay and try there

I assume it's pretty simple to swap grills, but let me know how it goes.

FYI- retail/approx (lexus) prices:

-bottom grill (black one for fog lights), 92-94= $80; 95-96=$81part #s are 53112-33010 and 53112-33020, respectively.

the lower grill does just bolt in i have a 95-96 in mine
as i used different sized fog lights like teh 95 ones
everythnig is just plug and play
tell me how much you might get a set of fogs for as i might sell my old yellow projectors
