I'm about to do the front brakes on my very gently used 2003 ES300 and, although all previous service jobs I have done have gone well, I feel like I better be ready for the rotors to be stuck on. Can anyone provide the specs for the bolts that can be threaded into the rotors to break them loose?
Thank you,

Can't remember exactly. They are usually 12/14/17mm socket.
If rotor is stuck, put a nut back on a few turns and take a hammer to the rotor. It will come off. If not, apply rust penetration and hammer again.
Safety first. Use jack stands.
I was looking for the diameter and thread pitch for the two bolt holes in the front rotors on a 2003 ES300. I did more research and found them to be 8mm with 1.25 pitch. I bought two of them 2 inches long. The rotors popped off with very little effort after tightening the blots a little at a time and alternating between them.

Thanks for the info but most people will just hammer the rotors off....much faster.
