Default ABS + BRAKE lights are on

Hello folks,
Need assistance please. 2005 ES330 ABS, Check Engine & Brake lights are all ON, Windows wont roll up or down and my speedometer needle is not working.

-that pretty much sums it all.

When both lights: ABS & Brake light goes on, the other three are the after effect - Check Engine light, all windows will not function (either up or down) and the speedo needle stops working.
OBD II scanner came back with 'Vehicle Sensor A'.
so i replaced both sensor in the Transmission - top (blue) and side (black) but did not fix the problem at all.

any ideas on what is causing this?

I am having the same issue with my 2004 ES 330 speedometer. I have replaced both sensors in the top of the transmission. But to no avail.
Someone please help! I also have no cruise control.

I’m having the same issue. I think it’s related to the radar cruise control- maybe a short in the wiring? Sounds starange but my rx350- when I scroll through it says AWD, ABs, then stops and says DSS1. The only reference I can find online for DSS1 is a parts manual and it’s related to cruise control only. My car drives fine, but all those lights are flashing and don’t stop until the engine is turned off.
Here is a video what I mean.

Check the error codes. Check the ABS codes. Check each wheel sensors to see they are providing correct data. If you have an OPDII reader that provides live data you can check to see if each wheel sensor is working correctly. The problem could be related to a wheel speed sensor.
