Accessing them is not easy. If you do a forum search, you will find more discussion and posts on the subject.
On the driver's side, it is usually possible to squeeze a hand in to release the spring and twist out the bulb.
On the passenger side, you would need very small hands - I had a neighbor do it for me once on this side. The factory method is to remove the bumper cover, remove the headlight assembly securing screws, and then pull the headlight forward to access the bulb. A bit silly.
