Default Shift Solenoid

I have a 2000 Lexus es300 175,000 miles. About a month ago the check engine light came on. I went to AutoZone says it's the Shift Solenoid D. Here's the kicker I can't buy the part until I find out how many screws are in the Transmission pan 17 or 18. Does anyone happen to know where I can find this information without having the pan taken off?

Your car has the U140E transmission, there are 18 pan bolts.

I'm also having this code, having two codes actually.

P0758 and P0753.

The car did have its odometer changed before I bought it, not sure what the actual mileage is. I'm not sure if its worth to having the transmission rebuilt?
