Default Power steering leak: not sure if the pump or a hose cause the leak

The garage said the pump needs to be replaced. Not sure if they are correct. I'mI right to assume that if the pump is leaking the oil would bleeds from the pulley center? Under the pulley things seems dry.

The oil seems to puddle around the non pressure hose connection to the pump. I'll try to clean things up to have a better view. Any way to eliminate the pump as the culprit?

Here are some pictures taken from under the car looking up.

Thanks for the help!

This may sound obvious but clean the area completely, start the car and watch. When you drive air blows the oil all over the place making it nearly impossible to see the source.
