Have you sent the seller an email requesting that he take the pictures off immediately?
Adam@autogrills.com <Adam@autogrills.com> looks like his email from their website, assuming that's the same place.
He's hosting the pictures from:
http://www.bimmer.info/bmw/ezmoney2003/

ya, I e-mailed him already, no response yet. The thing that really makes me mad, is that he put his name over the photo like its his.

Actually there is nothing you can really do about it. Ive sold things on Ebay before and had people steal my pics and Ebay wont do anything about it. They will tell you to contact the seller to try to solve the problem, but they wont end the auctions if the seller doesnt comply. This is because its hard for the owner to actually prove the picture is theirs.

Adam Franklin is the one who stole the pics from CL to give to his friend, to sell a bad product and try and rip people off on ebay. He is a CL member, beware.

As stated above by toys, contact the isp service and have your proof ready that you posted and own the photo and he will be in for a bad surprise the next time he tries to connect to the net.
I have no respect for thieves.

That is sick LoL!
Makes me want to throw up.
Anyways, yeah, what I said. Contact his ISP. Also contact Ebay. They're not bad about closing stuff if you can catch it early.
You can also Email everyone that bids or has bid on his prduct informing them of the discrepancy.
