Have you sent the seller an email requesting that he take the pictures off immediately?

Adam@autogrills.com <Adam@autogrills.com> looks like his email from their website, assuming that's the same place.

He's hosting the pictures from:

ya, I e-mailed him already, no response yet. The thing that really makes me mad, is that he put his name over the photo like its his.

Exactly why I don't want this guy using pics of my car. I just put that crap on to show other CL members how bad it was. I don't another ES owner getting ripped off like I did, especially by using pics of my car.

Actually there is nothing you can really do about it. Ive sold things on Ebay before and had people steal my pics and Ebay wont do anything about it. They will tell you to contact the seller to try to solve the problem, but they wont end the auctions if the seller doesnt comply. This is because its hard for the owner to actually prove the picture is theirs.

Adam Franklin is the one who stole the pics from CL to give to his friend, to sell a bad product and try and rip people off on ebay. He is a CL member, beware.

Actually there is nothing you can really do about it.
aside of having his isp hosting removed, his website shut down, his auction ended, and a host of other fun things that go along with copyrighted material. Anytime something is posted on the internet, especially ebay, it is marked by time stamp. the person who originally took the photo owns it and it helps that it was posted here first. This plagerism can land you in a world of trouble when stealing copyrighted material. He can lost his hosting, his webservice, he could be arrested if the situation were extreme enough. but it only takes one little theft of a photo for his world to start falling apart through copyright infringement.

As stated above by toys, contact the isp service and have your proof ready that you posted and own the photo and he will be in for a bad surprise the next time he tries to connect to the net.

I have no respect for thieves.

Good lord! I'm not clicking on that link! My friend used to always talk about goatse.cx, and then he showed it to me and some other people. Disgusting!

That is sick LoL!
Makes me want to throw up.

Anyways, yeah, what I said. Contact his ISP. Also contact Ebay. They're not bad about closing stuff if you can catch it early.

You can also Email everyone that bids or has bid on his prduct informing them of the discrepancy.
