3rd Update:
Running very well:
Mobil 1 Super Conventional 5W30 (dark blue bottle), No leaks whatsoever, in 18 months,
In last oil change tried Mobil 1 Full Synthetic 5W30, likely developed a tiny leak (judged by no visible drops on floor but slight burnt oil smell occasionally which would happen if there is a leak since it drips on the exhaust pipe)

Thanks for the update. Always good to hear.
Have you tried the Lubegard? It has worked for me to stop a PS system leak. I use it in various forms in engine, transmission, differential, PS system on various cars. Has always worked as advertised. This is what I mean:
I have a camelcamelcamel (amazon price watch service) alert for the 15oz size and I buy three or four bottles when they drop to under $8 and I need some (which they do every few months). The 10 oz. right now is not badly priced. Anyway - drop 10oz in your oil. the ester oil base will condition the seal quite a bit.
Earlier this year a PS hose started leaking (still original) - the reservoir was dropping regularly. I dumped out the ATF I had in there and put in Lubegard PS fluid. Leak stopped within days and I have added no fluid in nine months. It works. The chemistry here is solid, it is not mouse-milk (as we used to say about wonder-additives).
