Default '98 es300 door lock cylinder removal?
After seeing conflicting answers & videos elsewhere, I thought I'd ask the experts here. As I had previously asked about, I'm having to get some keys done- found "AMP" on ebay was recommended from a poster here, and I plan to do this soon- AMP wants my pass. side door lock cylinder. Now my question: Can I remove the door lock cylinder WITHOUT taking off the interior door panel???

Not without damaging the door skin. Here's my video on removing the door lock actuator and handle:
