Codes are as follows:
P0300 - random misfire detected
P0301 - cylinder 1 misfire
P0303 - cylinder 3 misfire
P0305 - cylinder 5 misfire
P1349 - VVT system malfunvtion
Unfortunately after this light started blinking I had to drive home over an hour. Ouch I know I could have seriously screwed some stuff up. All that aside could my OCV/VVT be causing all three cylinders on block one to miafire? I'm hoping so ... I know this is not an inexpensive fix no matter what it may be. I am just fishing for answers to find out if it is even worth it to change the VVT valves first or if I should do all three coils as well. I already have all new spark plugs ready to go in. This car has 180k on it but other than this random issue that popped up it runs perfectly. I get oil changes on time every time but I am not the only owner of the vehicle. Others have owned it before me. I really need this car to finish out school or unfortunately I will be dropping out and losing over 10k on school.
Please help!!!

Bank 1 Oil control valve. Fairly inexpensive and easy to replace. Check out this link https://www.clublexus.com/forums/rx-...ement-diy.html It's for an RX but it's the same engine. FYI, the linked thread calls Bank one the rear bank.
