Default Vehicle shake

My 2002 es300 has a really bad shake under accellartion and cruising...at all speeds...as soon as I let off on the gas it goes away...
I don't notice it misfiring while idling
I've been told a few things by mechanic shops...
broken axle...
bad tie rod end...
broken motor mounts...
Needs tune up...
which one of these are the most likely to be the culprit?

1,3 and 4 more so than 2. Bearings, ball joints, and bushings also need to be on the list. That’s about as close as you can get w/o looking at it and testing it.

Jacking the front, racking the wheel and spining and checking springs will help ID the bad part(s). Control arm bushings would also have to be be inspected.

Pop it in neutral and see if the vibration goes away. That will decouple the tranny out of the equation.

If it goes away when you are off the gas, I would suspect something under load causing something to be out of spec. As speedkar9 mention above, you can try pop it in neutral while say going down a slight inclined to simulate 'acceleration'. Please do this under safe conditions (i.e. no traffic, day time, etc). If there is no vibration, I would suspect it could be something under load in the drive-train such as a bad mount or axle.

Alignment can cause vibration, but it is usually more so consistent. How is the tire wear on the front and rear tires? How worn out are the tires? Any pending/current DTC (check engine codes)?

You didn't mention how much miles is on the car. How much miles is on your ES?

Default Additional info

I bought the car used and have put over 100k trouble free miles on it and truly love the vehicle...
I recently put new tires on it...less than 3000 miles on new tires
_no problems before new tires installed..
_the shake started a few days after new tires installed..
_not sure about previous owner but I have not had a tuneup since I’ve had the vehicle..
_I believe the process of elimination should start with tuneup...then tie rod...the axle...etc.

Were they installed professionally? Were the tires balanced upon installation?

Maybe one or more of the weights used to balance the tires fell off.

Could also be a defective tire.

if you feel the shaking in the steering wheel, than the problem is usually in the front. If you feel the shaking through the seat, than the cause is usually in the back.

Any good alignment shop should be able to determined if the alignment is off due to a worn out part. A 'tune up' wouldn't be a bad ideal, but I find it a bit coincidental this all happen after new tires were installed.
