So I wanted to post what I feel is a fix for my cars hesitation issue. It actually had gotten to the point where it was dangerous to drive the car. I decided to do a little bit of troubleshooting on my own before I gave up hope.

I purchased the throttle body intake air cleaner and mass airflow sensor cleaner took apart the upper end air cleaner assembly leading into the throttle body and low and behold I found my problem. I still have other lights on the dash but who cares, it will be fun diagnosing.

Both of the air cleaner hoses had become broken from the engine shaking and general deterioration of the rubber components.

The Part numbers are 17882 – 20161 and 17881-AAA 010. They are pricey however they should give me a long life until I finally decide this car needs a new home.
Fortunately JM Lexus in Palm Beach had them in stock and and I asked for my 20% discount in which they obliged.

There is still an issue with the transmission and Could be solenoid's or whatever at that point if I need a rebuild it maybe curtains for this car but it's fun to drive and have some ***** so I will enjoy it as long as I can.
