What can I post and can I ask any kind of question pertaining to maintenance and repairs?

Just remember that you can do an Advanced Search, which lets you select this particular forum for the 1990-2006 years, and lets you search by "title" or "contains words". A lot of things have probably been answered before at some point, and guides posted.

Sometimes there are relevant guides in the other forums that have the same engines, such as RX forums of similar years.
