Hey everyone..whats goin on? Well just today I was looking around for a car and I found one. Its a 2001 LExus ES 300. It has 44k, chrome wheel package,and its white. I really like it and was just wondering on what you all think? The guy is asking $21,900 for it and I'm hoping tomorrow I'll get it. It all has the factory warranty till 70,000miles.

$21,900 is a little high for an 01 with 44K, see if you can bring it down a grand.

The asking price sounds about right with considerably high mileage. I bought my '01 ES three months ago w/ 64,000 miles on it, and the asking price was $19.9K. Via some negotiation, that price was eventually dropped by a grand, so I'm sure you can do the same to your purchase.

And just so you know, all Lexus warranties that came with the car when first purchased new are automatically transferred to subsequent vehicle owners, so you'll have the Basic (4 yr/50K) and Powertrain (6 yr/70K) warranties intact when you take delivery of the car. Let us know how the purchase went

If it's a loaded car (Nakamichi, wood wheel, adjustable suspension, HID, Platinum/Coach edition), than that doesn't seem like too bad of a deal.

well i had a ES a while back and it was a 2000 model and i got it for $33K ( I GOT IT IN 2001I think ) anyways when i traded it in they gave me 21,000 for it and it only had 30000 miles on it and they sold it to someone else for 26,000. so im guessin that $21K is bout good
