I just bought a GROM Bluetooth module for our 2003 ES300. I’ve been searching for a couple of days now trying to figure out how to remove the stereo with navigation from the dash so I can hook it up. GROM is no help at all. They told me to find it online somewhere! Can someone PLEASE give me the steps to remove it? The closest I found showed me how to remove the console wood trim. Then it says to remove the two screws the hold the ashtray in. There are no visible screws! I thought that replacing the sub on the rear ledge was a PIA that’s nothing compared to this. 😖

First pop up the back of the center console where the shift lever is. Then pull the front of it toward you. Unhook harness wires on the left of the shifter if you have any. Climate control pops out straight toward you. Then there's two screws or nuts under the nav at a slight angle. If you don't see any other obvious screws, top should just pop off toward you. That's all I can remember. Hope it helps. GL.

Thanks JRZ!
I had already popped the center wood trim piece out and disconnected the rear shade electrical connector. The key was popping the surrounding console trim up from the back. I didn’t realize that the ashtray and the trim were one piece. After that I popped the heater control out and there were 4 10mm bolts holding the navigation/stereo in. It pops straight out. I spent hours online trying to find out how to do a 10 minute job!!!
