I have a 1995 ES 300 I drove the car to the gas station and went by a friends house and left the car running for about 30 minutes, ii turned the car off and went to start it back 1/2 hour later it wouldn't start. I wanted for 45 minutes to an hour and it started right up. It advise where I should start looking? Thanks in advance.,

Your problem is occurring when the engine is hot. It's called "Crank but No Start on a Hot Engine". You need to test for spark when the engine is hot.
If you don't know how to do that, there are resources online that can help you or you can take it to a nearby shop for an inspection. Good luck!
It could be as simple as a broken electrical connector that's having issues when it warms up or your coils are going bad. There is also engine timing sensors (cam sensors) that control the spark, but that's a rabbit hole that we don't wanna go into.
For now, test for spark on a hot engine and see what happens.
Here is a thread on the exact issue you're having. In this instance, the person had a bad distributor. Your car doesn't have a distributor, it has individual ignition coils. It's a difference between a mechanical and an electronic ignition system.

Here is how to remove the spark plugs on your engine. Please note the electrical connectors can become very brittle on older engines and break apart during removal.
