All of a sudden a/c fan started making noise along with low air flow. Removed the glove box and dropped the fan to find it completely full of insulation. Once I cleaned it out I now get 90percent more airflow.

It was insulation, must of came loose after all these years, air filter is on the way.

Where it came from and how it got into the ventilation system is the question.

That’s some handsome mess there, Jdan. I’d order another filter and change it again in about a month. Mine came from CA and was choked with redwood needles. Changed it and again in a month and was surprised at what else came through with some air flowing.

Are my eyes deceiving me or is that a mummified mouse along the top edge of the top picture?
