High Beam Indicator (1999 ES300)

The High Beam Indicator Light remains illuminated on the dash of my 1999 ES300. I can't for the life find any info on what may be the cause. Any help is appreciated!

Just a guess... Headlight Switch. And they can be serviced by removing and cleaning them.
