I have noticed that only the left side (drivers side) fan comes on regardless of temperature conditions. I am wondering if I have a problem with the right side fan. I disconnected the fan and jumped directly to battery and found the motor is operating. I would like to know the conditions when the R/S fan is suppose to run. If I do have a problem is it most likely temperature sensor or fan relay? I am not experiencing any cooling problems with the engine but with outdoor temp at 102 and A/C on and car at idle I am concerned that it does not operate.

i thought the second fan only comes on when the AC is on and even then only when it is needed. I could be wrong.
I presume the fuse is ok and well seated.
