ES 300 1999 Coolant leakage
hi guys , i need some help
what is this part that have coolant leakage behind the exhaust manifold ? and how i repair it ?

That's probably coming from the water pump pull the upper timing belt cover to confirm. That block off plate does look a bit suspect as well.
