2005 es330 loud acceleration

When I cold start the car the rpm are high and sounds loud but then quiets down. Plus when I'm driving the car will be quiet when I'm at the light but when I press the gas it revs up loud as hell. What could be causing this. I got 104000 miles on it

Without hearing the car we will be making wild guesses. Exhaust leak?

that's what I was guessing but when I'm parked with engine running it's quiet. Ps how can I upload a video of the noise issue?
