Default Trailer hitch and wiring suggestions?

Hello, everyone. I checked the site for trailer wiring hardware recommendations but did not find anything outside of SUV models. I have a Gen4 2005 ES330.

My mechanic recommended purchasing at the etrailer website.

The hitch itself is easy to select. I'm going with the Draw-Tite Class II Frame Receiver Hitch - 2005 Lexus ES 330 for $116.95. Link https://www.etrailer.com/Trailer-Hit...cleid=20056220

For wiring, however, there are multiple options. Link here: https://www.etrailer.com/t1-2005_Lexus_ES+330.htm

1. Upgraded Circuit Protected ModuLite with 4 Pole Harness and Hardwire Kit - Includes Tester - $70.49 - https://www.etrailer.com/Custom-Fit-...id=20051173921
2. Upgraded Modulite Vehicle Wiring Harness Kit with 4 Pole Trailer Connector (Includes Install Kit) - $72.68 - https://www.etrailer.com/Custom-Fit-...id=20051173920
3. Hopkins Active Tail Light Converter with Install Kit - $61.34 - https://www.etrailer.com/Custom-Fit-...id=20051173919
4. Curt Powered Tail Light Converter with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector - $72.88 - https://www.etrailer.com/Custom-Fit-...leid=200538359

My trailer is a lightweight Harbor Freight trailer - nothing fancy, no brakes or special wiring. Anyone have suggestions? Thanks.
