Hello everyone! Just got this 96 es300, has 154K on it. It’s ran alright, but I went about 40 miles on the highway a couple days ago, I get out and my coolant leaked everywhere. Come to find out the main line from the radiator to the engine vacuumed it’s self in from being so old. We replaced that, then put fresh coolant in. Tempeture seemed okay? Went around the block a few times and it got right below the middle marker. I popped the hood when I got back and, yup. It did it again. The entire thing bubbled over. We can’t seem to find any clogs in the lines, and what I’m reading and scared to find out is that might have a blown head gasket?
And is it possible to do with the power steering? I was reading something about the two being linked for some reason.
Can anyone give some opinions on this? I really wanna know if thing is going to be worth my time or not.
Thanks everybody!!

Was the upper hose collapsed? What is the upper radiator hose's condition?
I would also check the radiator cap. I think there is a valve there which is supposed to vent and prevent this type of issue.

the big upper hose was collapsed. We replaced that. And it was still doing it. But the new hose didn’t collapse when the overflowing started again
