Mechanical key doesn’t work because there is no power at all!

I suspect the Manual is locked in the car. lol

The mechanical lock isn’t controlled by electricity. Your mechanical lock probably could do with a shot of silicon spray be cause it hasn’t been used. You may have to play with it a bit, but it will open.

Lube the lock and clean the key. My key picks up all kinds of bits of junk in my pocket all the time. The barely ever used door lock is outside in the rain, road chems and dust all the time and locks chemically freeze up. Give it a quick shot of PB Blaster, give it a minute to work and then try it. You may have to play with it a bit, but it should open soon.

Shoot some Silicon in there later.

Don’t let the PB Blaster stay on your paint if it splatters.
