Just thought i would come to see if anyone had an answer to this strange problem.
So my turn signal bulbs have both been replaced (1157NA bulbs), both turn signals do work perfectly, no fast or slow blinking.
However when my headlights are on only my passenger side Turn signal light is solid, the other is not on, again it still blinks when I flick the Turn signal switch, its just not staying on when i have the headlights on
Thanks in advance.

There is 3 wires that go to your front turn signals. 1 is for ground, 1 for turn signal and 1 for running light. If you have no other lights out anywhere my guess would be there a break in the wire somewhere going to that bulb. You'll have to track it down.
either that or make sure your bulb is seated correctly in the turn signal housing. Make sure the contact leads on the end of the bulb are making contact with the connector. When I replaced my bulbs with aftermarket ones, I used small pliers to pull the metal contacts up inside the connector on the turn signal housing.

Other than that, my gut feeling is a connection problem at the bulb or inline connector, or even the turn signal switch in the steering column. They’re not hard to get out and clean up, but knowing what year it is can get a DIY link to show you how.
