Default OEM lower control arm question

Part number 48068-06100 for the passenger side. 2006 es330

Im looking to replace both sides. Does it come with the bushing and ball joint or would I have to buy those seperate?

This is what you get when you order that part number the ball joints are separate. To be sure I would call a dealer I've replaced the arms before with OEM it looked exactly as shown.

Lexus2000 can you help me with the part numbers for the front ball joints? I’m getting different numbers from the dealer than online. I plan on getting everything from Toyotapartsdeal.com 2006 es330

Here’s everything else I came up with for the front of the car:
- Outer tie rods (45460-09050 & 45470-09040)
- Inner tie rods (45503-09230)
- Boots (45535-06030)
- Lower control arms w/ bushings (48068-06100 & 48069-06100)

^ Cool that’s what I got. They don’t show up on Lexuspartsnow as fitting with my car but the dealer verified.
