When you changed the gaskets did you change the ones for the spark plug wells The smaller rings?

the rings at the top of the spark plug tube where the valve covers meet the tubes? Yes I did . The oil is in all the cylinders. The intake plenum has oil in it. Replaced the PCv valve. Same problem. The inside of the tubes where the plugs go is dry.

Time for a leak down test pressurize the cylinders and see where the air leaks.

Were the heads torqued to the right specs and in the proper sequence? This is the only thing I can think that is common to your problem.

the head gaskets have a white line on one side it looks like some sort of seal material. Which side of the gaskets goes up? The side with the seal or the flat part?

What brand gasket and part number?

Also, most head gasket sellers recommend using new head bolts.
