Hi, 300 ES owners, I'm looking for an LCD with backlighting for my original Lexus/Pioneer Radio. I believe the part number is: Pioneer CWM4319, can anyone guide me to a supplier? Thanks,

Your best bet would be to get a newer head-unit, because that part is discontinued IIRC from another thread here.

You can visit a junkyard and pull one out. Today alone 2 ES300's came into a junkyard near me.
