99 ES 300. Noise going over bumps in the road. Replaced rear struts, coils stabilizer bar bushings and sway bar links. Noise still there. Is there something else?

Strut mounts? Exhaust? Need more info like what parts you used exactly, did you do the work yourself?

Had a garage replace OEM struts with aftermarket struts with coil springs. Noise developed then. Replaced the struts (but not the coil springs) with KYB. Replaced stabilizer links and sway bar bushings. Noise still there. Heard that some aftermarket mounts don't work well so it's possible. Exhaust system tight and in good shape.

KYB upper mounts=bad, you had complete struts (like Monroe QuickStrut) put in or just the coils and other parts replaced?

Quick struts but not a name brand. cheap aftermarket from eBay. That's when the noise started. Replaced the cheap struts with KYB. Did not replace the other portions of the quick struts.

Is the noise more prominent on one side or it sounds its coming from both?
Something also you might want to check are the rear toe adjusting/track bars.
Total of 4.
They each have a metal bushing sleeve type of joints that wear out over time.
Hard to tell just by looking at them
You have to pry it and see if there is any type of abnormal play.
