just stumbled upon the photos I posted when selling my 1995 es300 back in 2012. I guess I didnt realize it was cleaner than my current 2002 by a lot. Much like I am sure some kit had a 57 chevy in like 1974 that just happened to be pristine and let it go, regretting it, I SOOOOO wish this was tucked in the back corner of a barn where I can pull it out in the spring and drive it on nice days. It was perfect. They are pretty much gone, and no one cares to save them.
Just wanted to share. I guess its bitter sweet, the last photo is what I got with the money, after fixing up and flipping an e46 bmw.
It does look squeaky clean. For being a New York car, it doesn't have a single visible gouge in the paint, which is quite unusual. How many miles did it have? From the looks of it, I wouldn't give it more than 125,000 miles at absolute most.. I have quite an opposite issue in that regard, can't imagine ever parting with my 2000 ES300, I just somehow grew too attached to it..
That Chevy looks like a time machine, the photo appears like it came straight from that era, very impressive!
