Default Can I cut a master key using a wallet key?

I have a 2004 Lexus es330, and the old owner lost all the master keys. But he still have the valet key and a wallet key card. I wonder if I can cut a new master key using wallet key, or I have to use VIN. Is the cut on the wallet key have any different compare to the master key?
Just for you know, idk if it help. I'll be cutting a new master key and program it using techstream and a wallet key.
Thank you very much!

The wallet key should have the key code written on it to cut a brand new master key without using the blade itself.

If I recall correctly, the wallet key is another master key, so yes, it will have the same pattern as well.

EDIT: the wallet keys have transponder chips on them for Lexus cars that have the transponder chip feature.

You should be able to program a new key with the wallet key.

You can cut it but you wont be able to program your new master key with a programmed valet key.
You need a programmed master key to program any key, valet or another master.
Unless there is a hack out there.
Valet and wallet key as i assume doesnt work the glove box lock either.
