Unhappy Did Timing belt but now misfires and codes

Hello.
2002 ES300
Just did Timing belt (Fairly certain it is timed correct. turned motor twice and rechecked before closing up)
Did replace front valve cover gasket, so cleaned the engine ( sprayed small amount of water around back of front head.)
After doing idle relearn to for ride. Seems ok till after 40 mph. Then loud strange noise comes from passenger side of engine.

Starts rough, doesn't idle, surges,
Codes
P1346
P1349
P1351

I removed OCV in front, cleaned, and CE light went away for a few mins
My research tends to lead me to think I need to replace/clean the OCVs and filters
I'm going to clean the back one now.

Do you think the car would run fine up to 35 mph if timing belt was off?
Any thoughts?
I looked at many post with these codes. Some were other models though.

Tough decision. Buy OCVs or tear back into timing belt...ugh...

Usually OCV would also throw misfire codes for cylinders and you would get an additional random/multiple misfire code as well.
If you just did your timing belt and now you are seeing these problems, I would look into the timing belt again.

Thanks, You are probably right.

I got back into the timing belt. To my surprize I noticed the arrows on the belt are pointing towards the engine.

I have no idea what I have done this time!
I'll flip it tomorrow and see how far out it could be,

If you didn't replace your tensioner, I would replace that too

I did replace it.
Is it possible to pull it and depress and reinsert the pin?

Yes, slowly squeeze it in a vice (use wood or something to protect it) and reinsert the pin.

Well I think it's better. Maybe...

I put it all back together. Went to start it and starter made an odd noise. Car started up and sounded great. Normal idle. revved a few times. Seems Good to go....

Turned off and restarted hoping sound was imagined. Nope. Oh Yeah. Car is in the air, maybe that's it. Let Car down.

Now got cleaned up to go on test ride. Go to start and all I hear is the sound of a SPINNING STARTER.

I want to cry now. lol wth any idea?

I don't think so. It was running fine when I shut it off,

Starter is spinning just not engaging.
I guess the solenoid went bad.

I've tried turning the crank about half turn, and also tried beating on the starter. (I know sometimes that helps if it's just clicking)

I guess it doesn't make sense to just do the solenoid. A reman. starter isn't that much more.

Thanks for the help!
New starter and, All is good!

Learned the hard way about the valve cover bolts that break easily if you do not add another washer.

Other than that, the timing belt and starter was not too difficult. Just watch that arrow on timing belt.
