I have a problem with my 2000 es 300, the moon roof does not operate correctly. when you close it, it goes to the close position, but then keeps going and opens again. to close it you need to judge when to turn the switch off, and hope it is fully closed.

I need to enable one touch open or close
Is there an ecu reset i can try? is there an adjustment sequence i can do?

Disconnect the battery, let the power drain. Then Open the moon roof by holding the button until it opens and stops then let go. Then close it by holding the button until it closes and then let go. Repeat same steps with Tilt.

It didn't work for me, any other method to do reset?

Not that i know, sorry. Check lexus websites for sunroof parts, it might have a sensor that tells it when to stop.
