2000 ES300 Codes P0304P, P0304, P0300P
Had this issue in January and DTC Code was P0306. Replaced spark plug and ignition coil and the car ran great.
Then it happened again, got code P0304 first, replaced spark plug and ignition coil. Its much better but still having issues. Then ran the codes and it gave P0304 and P0304P. I thought maybe it is a clogged fuel injector #4. Put in Chevron Techron Fuel System Cleaner into about 1/4 tank of gas. Have been driving that through the engine and am getting variable performance. The rough idle was fixed though. Sometimes the check engine light will flash for a minute, then go away. Now, when the tank is almost empty, I got the P0300P code in addition. When driving, the car hesitates a bit on acceleration, especially on inclines. What does the "P" mean on these error codes? Is this just how the fuel system cleaner works? Once the tank reads empty I'm going to add more gas and then run the Chevron Fuel Injector cleaner through. Does this sound like a good idea?

Could be the catalytic convertor issue I've now had on both cylinder banks: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/es-...r-removal.html
