Smile Fixed!

Well it turns out it was the radiator cap However for anyone going through this, I have to caution that it wasn't a one day fix for me. What got everything in motion was I would drive the car until it got to operating temperature and then started to push coolant into the reservoir tank. At this point I would shut the car off and let it cool down and as it was drawing from the reservoir tank (and getting low), I'd pop the reservoir cap a little and keep adding coolant.

When the car got cool and wouldn't draw anymore from the reservoir tank, I would leave the reservoir tank just under 1/2 with coolant and drive it again (5-10 minutes with the heat on and then 5-10 minutes with the A/C) until the reservoir started filling up again. Then I'd shut the car off to allow it to cool down and when it started pulling from the reservoir tank, I'd add more before it got low or drained the tank. Rinse and repeat!

I did this about 4-5 times and now she's right at F on the tank and no spewing or boiling over. There's also no more gurgling behind the dash. I'm really glad that is over.
