Default 1997 es300 loss of power?

I bought a 1997 lexus es300 a few months ago. The car drove fine.but would die after starting when cold. It did have a check engine light on for a few codes:
Random misfire detected
Misfire on. Cylinder 2
Misfire on cylinder 5

I replaced 2 of the 3 ignition coils
Replaced plug wires
Replaced plugs with iridium plugs. (Had platinum plugs that were almost new but at least one was not properly gapped. Showed 55 instead of 43)).

The changes made the ignition code all go away. But aroumd the same time or shortly after the car started losing power gradually. Started out sounding like it was running hard on the freeway, then would seem to take its time to accelerate. The car would run great one minute then really bad the next. It would build speed but at a turtles speed even with gas pedal floored. Until now wont run at all. Literally had to go around the block to get enough power to pull into my driveway.

So, I am hoping that someone can give advice or point me in the right direction of what to do next. Im out of ideas and although the car looks great on the outside, it doesn't do much for me being a paperweight in my drive way!.

Can't even take it to a shop until it at least runs a little.. Lol please help. Thanks in advance.

What current CEL codes do you have if any? When you say iridium plugs that could mean any number of plugs you need dual electrode plugs seeing your car has a waste spark system. A single electrode plug will wear 2x as fast and likely won't work properly. Use the following plugs nothing else

90919-01194 PK20TR11
90919-01195 BKR6EKPB11

The first plug name has a typo, it is Denso PK20TR11
May be you want to check your installation of the plugs/wires/coils. Just curious, what brand coils did you use

Replaced with Standard UF155T ignition coils and NGK BKR6EIX-11 3764 which did make codes for misfire go away.

Although the car will start, it only runs for under 30 seconds and shuts off. not showing codes
