I should have mentioned, that after having my 02ES in for the trans shifting TSB, I looked at my copy of the invoice and noticed that they had also applied TSB EG001-02 while they had the car.

It was noted on the ticket that "o2 sensors faulty, out of spec - replaced o2 sensors per TSB EG001-02." There were two part #s listed: 89467-33050 and 89467-33060.

(I have to say that the car seems better each day now, but hitting the gas hard at around 40 MPH is still a problem.)

I can't help but wonder if the tranny TSB requires the O2 TSB. It maybe how Toy/Lex is maintaining ULEV compliance with the tranny reprogramming. I am sure JPI might be able to shed some light on this one.
just another guess.
