99 ES 300 Codes P0325 P0330
New to the site....147k on a 1999 ES300. Codes P0325 and P0330. Toyota dealer replaced knock sensors, harness, did carbon blast on engine. Codes still come back. Seems when cool overdrive works (even with codes present)...eventually kicks me out of od. If it sits for a while, even with codes on it od will engage for a short period of time. Seems like if I "Gun" it after it warms up, I lose overdrive...Using premium fuel...Next Step? Thanks and love the forum!

Hello,
Sorry for the delayed response..
Did you try to reset the codes (clean them with the OBD-II scanner or disconnecting the battery for a few minutes)?
Does your engine overheat? In theory, a failed temperature sensor and an overheat can cause those codes to pop up.
Shouldn't there be a warranty claim, since Toyota didn't fix the issue?
Also about overdrive - with the codes that clearly show the decrease in engine's capabilities (like those), the car will not allow the OD to turn on. And I would really pay a close attention to the temperature sensors, since, as you said, the overdrive won't engage only when the engine is hot.
Hope this helps and best of luck!

Just FYI, I had my knock sensors replaced at a local mechanic that specializes in Toyota and Hondas. Unfortunately, even OEM sensors can be bad. I think they are pretty sensitive and if they get banged around/dropped they can be damaged. They took mine apart twice more and finally reinstalled another new set of knock sensors on the third try and that worked. The second tear down/reinstall was just to make sure everything was installed properly the first time and it was. Apparently one of the brand new OEM sensors were bad and luckily the dealer took the part back. The mechanic was out the extra labor but he made sure he made it right for me.
