1999 vs es300 idle and starting problem after o2 replacment
Hey so i just had to replace both my upstream oxygen sensors and also had to replace the battery, it misfired for a lil while before i changed them then i just stopped driving it, now its just not wanting to idle or its just idling really rough at like 300-500 rpm and sometimes just dies dont know the route i should take or if u should just replace the idle control valve

how do i get the ECU to relearn the idle? i just pulled out the IACV and cleaned that best i could, but my car wont start now it turns over but sounds like its not igniting, i was gonna check my spark plugs and my ignition coils to see if i gotta replace those and then see if i gotta clean the O2 sensors i just put in cuz i thought that with the engine misfiring or idling weird could gunk em up or something

Remove the Negative Battery Cable and let it sit for about 15min. The ECU defaults everything electrical in your car’s many computer systems back to the original your car’s original configuration and you’ll only lose your radio stations and seat settings doing it.
