It seems like you should be fine, but you may need some spacers, since GS's rims are wider by 1 in and have a smaller offset.. Other than that, they have the same bolt pattern, and if you will choose the right size tires, you won't have any issues with the speedometer.

I wasn't even looking for wheels- I was on offer up and someone posted all 4 wheels WITH tires for $165. Perfect condition! One tire just needs to be replaced. Good to know they may fit

No way! OEM set of wheels and tires off of GS for $165?? Those are worth taking in any case..
