Default A friendly welcome!

Hey all! How's everyone going?
I'm 28 my first car was a 1992 Lexus es300 absolutely loved that car sadly on a rainy day on the freeway a truck slammed it's breaks in front of me I tail slid and hit the wall at about 90kph luckily I hit the wall at an angle so the damage wasn't to bad but was definitely not worth the money to fix and luckily again I was 100 fine not even a bruise I'll thank the sturdy Lexus body for that.

After about over a year I've been searching to find another Lexus because no other car compares to it in my eyes I just love them that much. One day i thought let's have a look and see if there's any around a 1994 Lexus es300 with only 61000km I thought that can't be right such low kms well turns out that car was very well looked after only driven to the shops and back owned by an older couple who were struggling to get in and out of the car because of it's low seats. 3500 dollars later I have my dream car back practically brand new minus a few nicks on the body done about 2000kms since buying it and it's been a dream ride!

I'm sure I'll be popping on here time to time to ask some questions If anything goes wrong but now I have a parts car sitting ready for when I need it!

So just wanted to say hello and I'm glad I'm back driving this wonderful car!

Hello,

Welcome to ClubLexus!

Only 2000 km on a 26 years old car?? Is that even possible? If so, that may very well be the deal of your life..
What about some pictures?

I am a proud owner of a 2000 Lexus ES300, and I totally agree - it is a glorious car. I never understood why people opt for the ES300 in comparison to a standard Camry until I drove one, and it is just night an day.. Even newer Lexuses grow dim in comparison.

Best of luck with your basically new car!

Thanks! Yeah I was very suspicious to begin with so I did a full history check came back legitimate so I said let's just get it and see how it goes! Here's some photos

The seats have not one scratch or rip or anything so I opted for that shaggy wool aesthetic

NO WAY!!! It is the cleanest ES300 that I've seen in my entire life! That is just unbelievable.

Treat it with care, one day it may become a museum exhibit..
You should also put some clear film on your headlights and at least on the front to preserve that look.

I'd say i was very lucky that day, the body needed some TLC so I gave it a good cut and polish car detailer by profession going to put a paint protection on it this week when I get a chance. It's actually got the original front light covers on it! The only thing one head light the seals a bit eh so it fogs up from time to time so I'll reseal that but yeah it's going to be looked after no doubt.
