I'm looking for confirmation here, dealer says mine are painted on, no replacement part only can replace the entire door? If so how to refinish mine?

You cannot actually separate a pillar post from the door itself on a 4th gen ES300. However, it doesn't mean that you cannot tape the door up and repaint it, or put a cover over it, just like this one. I think the color code for that is 202 Black Onyx paint.
