2003 ES300 Jerking in low gear
I have replaced plugs, coils, vacuum rail, throttle body, and I have gone through all the vacuum lines. The car still jerks from a stop when accelerating. It goes away if I floor it or at high rpm. There is no check engine light.

You may or may not know the transmission has erratic behaviour on this model (due to how the computer is programmed) there is no way to eliminate it completely. But others have seen good success by having the engine running perfectly and the transmission serviced. Another possible fault is bad engine mounts they will amplify the herky jerky throttle.
Who did the transmission "flush"? What fluid was used? How much?

I had a jerk from a stop in my car. It was minimized after I replaced a blown "Strut Tourqe Motor Mount" Its a mount that Connects the engine to the passenger side strut tower. It is a 5 minute replace.
This is the part I used. https://www.oreillyauto.com/detail/b...us/es300?pos=0

Torque converter going bad or maybe the flush (always a bad idea!) dislodged debris affecting a circuit or solenoid. Never, ever flush. Do multiple drain/fills or do a total fluid replacement by disconnecting the transmission cooler return hose and collecting old fluid while adding new fluid. Dealer flushes under external pressure, especially when they backflush are huge money makers for the shop doing the flush and the shop repairing or replacing the damaged transmission.
